Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Processing on Behalf of Our Clients

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client — for example when operating a website, a Microsoft 365 tenant, storage, or a backup — the client remains the controller, we act on their instructions, and we conclude a data processing agreement with them before the processing begins (clause 11.1 of our General Terms and Conditions, in German). Please direct requests concerning such data to the client in question; if they reach us, we forward them.

Contact Form

When you use our contact form, your details (name, email address, and message) are transmitted to and stored by Basin (usebasin.com) for the purpose of processing your enquiry. From there they reach our mailbox with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland; disclosure to Google LLC, USA, is possible) and remain stored there for the correspondence regarding your enquiry. We do not share this data with any further recipients without your consent.

Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to prevent misuse of the contact form. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data is transmitted to Google in this process. Google's Privacy Policy applies.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies or collect personal data; it is used only to manage other tags. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
